Growing up around Tasmanian Wattles and their distinctive scent still transports me back to my tree climbing childhood to this day whenever I smell them.
The first time I chanced upon the Tasmanian native Waratah was walking down the Zig Zag track on Kunanyi Mt Wellington. A beautiful sight to behold.
